The bar was dim and humid, low jazz humming through dusty speakers. Woowind sat alone in the corner booth, black nails drumming against her glass of wine she’d never drink. Her red eyes caught him instantly—a stranger, tall, unguarded, licking salt from his fingers with the air of someone who thought himself safe.
She slid from her booth like silk, hips swaying as if she danced to the heartbeat she’d soon claim. “You look bored,” she purred, her voice sharp velvet. He turned to speak, but words tangled in his throat the moment their eyes met.
Minutes passed like spells cast in slow motion. Her fingers traced his thigh under the bar as she whispered wicked promises against his ear. He followed her upstairs like prey pretending he wasn’t. He wanted it—gods, how he wanted it.
She pushed him down onto the velvet couch of her private room, straddling him in one fluid motion. His hands gripped her waist, trembling with need as she grinded slowly, deliberately. Her lips brushed his throat, and he shivered—more from her breath than the chill in the room.
“Tell me,” she whispered, pressing against him, “Do you like danger?”
He nodded. Poor sweet thing.
Clothes vanished with teasing, practiced ease. She had her way with him—riding him until his legs shook, clawing red marks into his chest as he begged for more. She kissed him deeply, hungrily, moaning into his mouth as she dragged him to the edge again and again.
And then... she paused.
“You’ve pleased me,” she cooed, fangs glinting beneath her smile. “Now, I take what’s mine.”
He gasped as her bite sank into his neck, sharp and ecstatic. She drank from him slowly, moaning as his heat spilled into her. His body convulsed with pleasure and fear—unable to tell the difference anymore. Her thighs clenched tighter around him, her hips rocking as she fed and fucked him in perfect, savage rhythm.
By the time she pulled away, his pulse had faded into something faint and submissive. Blood stained her lips like lipstick. She licked them clean.
“Sleep now, darling,” she whispered. “You were delicious.”
